What payment methods do you accept?

Wick-it Paradise currently accepts cash and cash app if picking up locally, PayPal and credits cards (Mastercard & Visa).

Do you offer shipping?

All orders received generally ship within 3 - 5 business days from the day your order was placed (thus does not include weekends, holidays or custom orders). If your order should need to be expedited for ANY reason, please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we will be able to meet your needs.

Does WIP offer Personalization?

Yes, WIP can customize candles for any event or occasion. Select your scent of choice and color of choice and allow us to create memories that will last forever.

Custom ordered are create for an additional fee.

Returns

• Returns are gladly accepted by contacting the seller within 3 days of delivery.  Seller will be responsible for returning the items within 7 days.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.

Local Pickup Orders

• All local orders must be picked up 14 days after the pickup confirmation email.

Cancellations

 An order can be canceled six hours after the purchase.
